3:30 pm to 4:25 pm - Beginner Kids

(7-9yrs, White Belt-Yellow Belt)

4:30 pm to 5:25 pm - Beginner Preteen

(10-12yrs, White Belt-Yellow Belt)

5:30 pm to 6:25 pm - Intermediate Kids/Preteen

(8-12yrs, Green Stripe +)

6:30 pm to 7:25 pm - Teens

(13-17yrs, White Belt +)

7:30 pm to 8:25 pm - Adults

(18yrs +, White Belt +)​

Thursdays

3:30 pm to 4:15 pm - Parent/Child Class

(5-6yrs)

Open Mat

Saturdays (except the last Saturday each month)

11:00 am to 12:30 pm

(Adults, all ranks & Green Belt or above of any age)
